The pharmacy team consist of a lead Clinical Pharmacist, a rotational Clinical Pharmacist and two medicines management technicians. As well as being focused on delivering high quality, evidence-based care, the team’s role is to ensure you have safe and specialist care during your inpatient stay.
Clinical Pharmacists provide support to medical and Nursing Staff on prescribing and administration of medicines. Pharmacy technicians ensure that medicines are supplied in a timely manner and pharmacy assistants provide drug stock items to wards and departments.
