Cancellations and transfers
If you wish to transfer on to a different course please contact the course administrator Kerry.hague@nhs.net there will be no cost to transfer to an alternative date.
If you wish to cancel within 4 weeks prior to the course start date there will be a cancellation fee of £100 + VAT to cover the cost of administering your application and cancellation.
Payment and invoicing
Invoices will be sent out 2 weeks after attending the course from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals. Please ensure you have supplied a purchase order on your application form, if available. If you do not have a purchase order number when you apply you must supply this to the course administrator BEFORE the course starts.
