Please ensure you collect your medications before you leave the hospital.
A home delivery service is only available for patients who due to exceptional circumstances cannot collect their prescription in person.
Please note that Crucible Pharmacy does not see 'over-the-counter' medicines or other items including food or personal items.
Crucible Pharmacy - Northern General Hospital
Opening times to collect prescriptions:
• Monday - Friday - 9am-8pm
• Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday* 9am-5pm (*excluding Christmas Day & New Year’s Day)
Crucible Pharmacy - Royal Hallamshire Hospital
On Monday 1 July, Crucible Pharmacy (CPL) at Royal Hallamshire Hospital will open in their new permanent location on C-floor (the old Boots location).
CPL will continue to operate out of the current dispensary on A-floor Outpatients until 2pm on Saturday 29 June and will reopen on C-floor at 8.30am on the following Monday.
Opening times to collect prescriptions:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 7.00pm
- Saturday - 9.00am - 2.00pm
- Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays
