Our Team
The Fluoroscopy service consists of Radiographers, Nurses, clinical Imaging assistants and Radiologists and sits within the Radiology Department.
When you come in for your test/procedure you will be met by a Radiographer or assistant.
Your test may be performed by a Radiologist or Advanced Practitioner (Radiographer). Advanced Practitioners are specially trained Radiographers who perform Fluoroscopy tests.
Radiologists are specially trained doctors who will interpret the images from your Fluoroscopy examination.
The Fluoroscopy Team perform tests and procedures for many departments and imaging needs and is an integral and important part of the hospital.
