Mobility Blue badge assessments
Physiotherapists work with Sheffield City Council to assess applicants who have been rejected for a blue badge who are appealing the decision.
Individuals will be assessed against the department of transport criteria by our physiotherapists who will provide further evidence to enable a decision by Sheffield City Council to be made.
Assessments are conducted at:
