Osborn 4

Osborn 4 is a 14-bed long term neuro-rehabilitation ward. Most patients transfer from Neurosurgery in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and are then discharged from Osborn 4 when they are ready. Patients are often discharged home with any additional support arranged.

There are multiple therapy teams on Osborn 4 that will support patients through their rehabilitation including Occupational therapy, Physio, Psychology and Speech and Language as well as a dedicated team of nurses and doctors. Patients are encouraged to go out with family for day or weekend leave when safe and are fully supported in gaining independence wherever they are in their rehabilitation journey.
