Hospital chaplains
Chaplaincy services are available to all. The chaplains on the hospital staff are drawn from a range of faiths and beliefs, (including non-religious beliefs). They offer pastoral, spiritual and religious care to anyone in hospital who might want to talk.
When life is difficult, we can find ourselves with questions. What is it all about? Why me? In tough times we can struggle to find hope or strength. The things we believe about the world and our place in it can be called into question.
Chaplaincy can help you in those times through emotional support. It takes account of culture and can support your spiritual and religious needs if you wish. It is focussed upon helping you in the way you need. As part of this chaplains can help with the rituals of your faith and belief, including non-religious beliefs.
