WiFi, mobile phones and video calls
Free WiFi is available across the Trust. The network is called "Guest-WiFi". To use the WiFi, select the network on your device and accept the terms and conditions when prompted.
Mobile phones and tablets are allowed in hospital, but please make sure you make phone or video calls in way that does not disturb other patients. It is our hospital policy for mobile phones to be turned off when entering a hospital ward or department. This is to respect the hospital environment for patients and staff and also to protect patient confidentiality (particularly now that many mobile phones also have camera and video capabilities).
Accessibility Guides
We have teamed up with AccessAble to produce a series of accessibility guides for each of our hospitals. These guides allow patients, visitors and staff with a disability to plan their visit, identify potential barriers and understand what support is on offer.
To view these guides, visit the AccessAble website here and click on the hospital site you are planning to visit.
