Temporary disruption to MyPathway app from 9th July
Due to a new computer system we are installing, we need to temporarily switch off some functions on the My Pathway app from Wednesday 9th July. Because of this, some parts of the MyPathway app will be turned off for a temporary period of time starting from around 9pm on Wednesday 9 July for a few days.
What you can still do:
- You can still log in and see the information already in the app.
- You can still fill in questionnaires and forms.
- You can still look at helpful information and view resources.
What will be affected:
- New, changed or cancelled appointments will not show correctly.
- Appointment reminders will stop.
- New updates will not appear on your timeline.
- Once the new system is live, some appointment messages might arrive late or refer to appointments that have already happened.
Please don’t worry. If your appointments change, we will contact you by phone or letter.
If you have an urgent query about an appointment, please contact your clinic or the relevant hospital department using the contact details on your letter.
We will notify you once the app is fully updated and all services have resumed as normal.
Please email sth.mypathwayepr@nhs.net should you require further support or advice during this period.
