MyPathway is Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust's free online patient portal which provides you with access to your personal health information and designed to improve your patient experience.

MyPathway will enable you to access information through the app using a secure login and is accessible from any internet enabled device.  All your information is securely stored in one place with instant notifications when new information is made available.

This service is available to any patient aged 16 years and over.

If you have been a patient here at the Trust, you may have received a notification from the Trust asking you to register to use the app. This is a genuine notification from the Trust.

New Mobile App & Web App login changes

We are excited to let you know that the new MyPathway mobile app will soon be available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, starting 14th April 2025

The new app has been redesigned to improve your experience, making it easier to:

  • View your appointments, messages, questionnaires, and resources in dedicated tabs
  • Access your Pathway timeline, in its own “Pathways” tab

Watch this short video which provides more information on the changes to the app

Along with these improvements, we have also upgraded the MyPathway web app to include NHS login. This allows you to sign in securely using your NHS login credentials. As part of this update, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will now be required when signing in, for added security. This change will be introduced in the coming days.

To help you get started, we have included links to helpful guides below. It covers:

  • How to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) on the web app
  • Instructions for accessing MyPathway through NHS login via the web app
