Public invited to Annual Members’ Meeting

Members of the public are invited to an annual meeting where they can find out about the latest developments in the city’s hospitals and community health services.

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the Northern General, Royal Hallamshire, Weston Park, Jessop Wing and Charles Clifford Dental hospitals, as well as community health services, is holding its Annual Members’ Meeting on Tuesday 17th September.

At the event, which includes the Annual General meeting, there will be the opportunity to find out about how the Trust is performing, developments that have taken place over the last year and future plans.

There will be a marketplace of stall showcasing some of the innovative work taking place across the Trust, and presentations focussing on improvement work at Weston Park and developments in stroke services. There will also be the opportunity to meet the Trust governors who represent the public.

The meeting will take place at the Medical Education Centre at the Northern General Hospital. Registration will be from 10.15am, with the AGM beginning at 11.15am. Stalls will be from 12.30pm and presentations at 1.30pm.

A light lunch will be provided.
