Saturday phlebotomy services available at Hallamshire Hospital and Longley Lane, Northern General from 5th July

From Saturday, 5th July 2025, phlebotomy services will be available every Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm at the following locations:

• Royal Hallamshire Hospital – C Floor Outpatient Department
• Northern General Hospital – Drive-through Service (Longley Lane)

Full Opening Times

Drive-through blood taking service - Longley Lane, Northern General Hospital

• Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays): 7:30am – 5:15pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Phlebotomy Department (C Floor Outpatients) - Royal Hallamshire Hospital 

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:15pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Please note: Last admission to all phlebotomy departments is 30 minutes before closing time.
