Public invited to Sheffield Teaching Hospital’s Annual Members' Meeting

Sheffield residents are invited to Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s Annual Members’ Meeting on 23rd September, to hear about some of the exciting developments which have taken place over the past 12 months.

As part of the event staff, patients and the public will also have the chance to see some of the exciting medical research which is being undertaken here in Sheffield.

The meeting will be held in the Medical Education Centre, Northern General Hospital at 12.30pm and will include presentations focusing on new developments, challenges and future opportunities.

Tony Pedder, Chair of Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, said: “This is a really interesting event which gives patients and the public a chance to see what goes on behind the scenes in local healthcare. Everyone is welcome, you don't have to be a member of the Trust to attend. This year the meeting will also allow attendees to take a look around our marketplace of interesting stalls which will showcase some of the work being undertaken by staff across the Trust.”

Due to limited spaces please book a place at the meeting by emailing jane.pellegrina@sth.nhs.uk or call Jane Pellegrina on 0114 2714322
