Launch of Peer Support in Sheffield – June 17th
We would love for you to join us at the launch of MESMAC’s new peer group support service.
If you are newly diagnosed, feeling lonely, or finding things like taking medication, housing, immigration, or drug use a bit overwhelming, you are not alone, our Peer Mentors get what you are going through. They are here to walk with you, listen, share their experience, and offer support that is shaped around what you need.
Who can attend?
Any patient with a diagnosis of HIV can attend, no ticket/rsvp required
During the event you would get to:
- Find out more about the new peer (1-to-1) and group support services
- Meet Peer Mentors, staff, and other people using the service in a relaxed, welcoming space
- Discover how to get involved
- A buffet will be provided.
