The Sheffield Teaching Hospital offers a nurse-led epilepsy service based at the Hallamshire Hospital, for people living with epilepsy. Whether you have been living with epilepsy for some time or have been newly diagnosed, we are here for you as a source of support and information. This service has been established for many years and is the hub of epilepsy management in Sheffield. It is an innovative, dynamic department staffed by Clinical Nurse Specialists with a Clinical Manager, and secretarial support. We support patients with a Sheffield, Chesterfield or Rotherham GP. We run a mixture of telephone and face-to-face clinics as well as a patient and professional helpline and email service.
