The Community Respiratory Team provides specialist nursing management, support and education to residents registered with a Sheffield GP that have been diagnosed with a respiratory condition.
Your GP or health care professional may refer you to the team if they need more specialist advice to help manage your condition or they think that you would benefit from the teams support.
If you are referred you may be seen in a community clinic or at home if you are housebound.
