The aim of the Thank you Awards is to recognise and celebrate the dedication and achievements of individuals and teams who work at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Winners of the awards will be individuals or teams who come to work day in day out and do an absolutely superb job for patients, or in supporting their colleagues in their work.
Above all, nominees are recognised for their work above and beyond the call of duty, highlighting excellent examples of team working, commitment, dedication, leadership and innovation.
