Our Staff Thank You Awards are back for 2024

Make sure you nominate your colleagues or teams who are shining stars.

The Thank You Awards are back for 2024 and nominations are now open.

There has been such incredible work happening across the Trust by so many individuals and teams over the last year and so we hope that this will provide an opportunity to recognise your colleagues and teams for the exceptional work they do.

Please do take the time to nominate. We have simplified the nomination process as much as possible as we know how busy you are, and every nominee will receive a certificate.

If you would like to nominate a colleague or team, make sure to enter by 10th June 2024. Any member of staff can nominate (it does not have to be a manager) and anyone can be nominated if they work or volunteer for the Trust. We just ask that whoever you are nominating is only nominated in ONE category.

Excellence award

This award is for a team or individual that acts with the utmost integrity and provides exceptionally high standards of quality and safety in patient care.

Delivery award

This award recognises a team or individual that achieves consistently high standards and good levels of performance.

Innovation award

This award will be presented to an individual or team that has demonstrated exceptional innovation in their work to develop or improve services. These improvements will have made a difference to patients, either directly or behind the scenes.

PROUD Role Model of the Year

This award is for an individual who Is a great role model and demonstrates the reality of our PROUD behaviours and values and inspires others to do the same.

PROUD Volunteer of the Year

This award recognises an individual volunteer helping within STH who has given their time to make the greatest difference to patients or staff, or both.

PROUD Team of the Year

This award will be presented to a team that epitomises our PROUD values by working effectively and efficiently together.

PROUD Individual of the Year

This award is for an individual member of STH whose contribution goes above and beyond expectations and makes an outstanding difference to our patients or staff either on the frontline or behind the scenes.

The Winner of Winners

This award will provide the ultimate thank you and recognition to one of the winners of the category nominations.

All successful nominees will be invited to an awards ceremony where the winners will be announced and everyone who is nominated will recieve a certificate of recognition.
