Our structure

The effective running of the Trust is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, The Board of Directors is made up of Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors including the Chair.

The Board delegates the management of the Trust to the Executive Directors who make up the Trust Executive Group.
The organisation is then divided into Clinical and Corporate Groups and Directorates.

Each Clinical Care Group has one or more Clinical Directors. Clinical Directors are responsible for the clinical and financial performance of the directorates within the Group. Clinical Directors report to the Chief Executive. Clinical Directors are supported by an Operations Director and Nurse Directors. Operations Directors look after aspects of planning and performance within the directorate.
