If you would like to contact us regarding a travel consultation, please call 0114 271 2608. You will be asked to complete a Pre Travel Questionnaire and return it to sth.sheffieldtravelclinic@nhs.net ahead of your appointment.
The clinic runs every Thursday afternoon from 2-6pm on E floor at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. The consultation charge for this clinic is £20 (£30 for couples seen together).
