How we have helped

Donations to the hospital from the League of Friends have included:

• £11.750 to provide Complimentary Therapies for the Palliative Care Unit.
   
• £3000  for Visual Field Amendment Equipment for the Stroke Unit
   
• £9,994 was donated towards the Oral Life History Project, to encourage patients to produce audio recordings of their life stories.
   
• £49.43 was donated to the Colorectal Stoma Care and Bowel Cancer Users Group for the benefit of the patients
   
• £18,700  was donated to Sheffield Kidney Research Foundation and Sheffield University to assist with the purchase of replacement/new equipment and software
   
• £2900 was donated for a Creatinine Analyser
