Training & Education

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals is committed to providing appropriate training and developmental opportunities to all staff groups.

Our training is designed to equip people with the skills and knowledge they need to undertake their jobs to the highest standard while developing themselves to progress in their careers.

All staff are given the opportunity to discuss their work and draw up a personal development plan with their manager through the Trust’s appraisal system.

The Trust’s specialist in-house Learning and Development Department runs a variety of courses.
