Contributed to National Guidelines through work with the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence on Chronic Heart Failure (CG108-2010), Acute Heart Failure (CG187-2014).

Currently working on National Guidelines through work with the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence on Caring for the Dying Adult (2015) and Pre-operative Testing (2015).

Contributed into the work with NICE on the Quality Standards for Chronic Heart Failure in 2011 and now in 2015.
