Royal Hallamshire Hospital, R Floor
The Medical Education Department is based on R Floor of the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and comprises of the following facilities:
Seminar Rooms 1 and 6 – seat approximately 60 and each has full audiovisual equipment and video conferencing capabilities
Seminar Room 2 (Clinical Skills Training Room) is equipped with 60 inch monitors and laptop connection points.
Seminar Room 4 is also equipped with a 60 inch monitor and laptop point but is more suited to smaller meetings
Seminar Room 5 – seats approximately 40 people and has presentation capabilities
Simulation Suite: this space is suitable for ward, theatre and other similar simulations it is equipped with DVD recording capabilities and a range of simulation equipment (see Mock Theatre tab for further information.)
There is a large “lobby area” which is suitable to provide a venue for catering or exhibition space.
NB: All rooms are equipped with STH intranet points
