Cutting Edge Facilities

The CVBRU can be found on the ground floor of the Centre for Biomedical Research at Northern General Hospital. This building is also the home of the Bone Biomedical Research Unit and the Clinical Research Facility. 

The unit has a number of specialist rooms within the Clinical Research Facility that are used for patient interaction and study. Below, on the ground floor there is a research laboratory, seminar room, secretarial office, filing room and office space. There is also a fully approved Biorepository that serves both the CVBRU and the Bone unit.

The centre also has its own dedicated patient parking area at the front of the building to allow for better access for the patients involved with the studies.
