Neurology Outreach Therapy Service

The team provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy and support for people over 16 years of age, with long term degenerative neurological conditions within Sheffield, Rotherham, North East Derbyshire and Bassetlaw.

We see and care for patients with Degenerative neurological conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease.

Patients are normally seen in their homes or clinics at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.
