We do not provide an emergency service, urgent calls should be directed to GP out of hours, 111 or 999. You are welcome to telephone us for support or help relating to your epilepsy. Please leave a message on our voicemail helpline and be assured we check for messages regularly Monday to Friday; we will get back to you as soon as possible. Details about the current time frame for returning calls are detailed on the answerphone. This telephone line is for patients who are registered with our service.

We need to know:

• The name of our patient.
• A brief message explaining why you’re calling.
• The telephone number we should call you back on.

Our answer machine will tell us what time and date you called.
