Cardiac Rhythm Management Service

The Cardiac Rhythm Management Service cares for patients with or suspected of having a variety of cardiac arrythmias. We provide the full range of services including diagnostic testing, outpatient services, cardioversion, pacemaker and defibrillator implantation including resynchronisation therapy, and radiofrequency and cryoablation.

We have a specialist syncope clinic (for patients experiencing faints/blackouts), and a dedicated atrial fibrillation clinic. Patients are supported by our Arrythmia Care Coordinator who can give specialist advice. The CRM service is provided by 4 Consultant Cardiologists, 4 specialist nurses and a team of cardiac technicians.

• The Inherited Cardiac Conditions Service
• The Grown-up Congenital Heart Disease Service
